The X-ray Device is an item that would have been obtained on Counterfeit Island. While it cannot be obtained in-game, its .SWF file remains in the files for Poptropica. It is identical to the X-ray device used in both the forgery detection test and examining the Van Gogh's Starry Night item. However, the test and the examination are now done without the use of extra inventory items, so this item was probably scrapped for being redundant.
