The Trophy Room Key is an item in Cabin Fever, Episode 4 of Survival Island. It is found in the Main Hall of the Cabin, located inside the moose head. To get it, after falling asleep from the Tainted Meat, repeatedly jump on the moose head.

The Trophy Room Key is needed to re-enter the Trophy Room after the player is sent to their room.
