Tory Obesus aka Big Tuna is a character in Escape from Pelican Rock Island. Like most characters in that island, their gender depends on your gender.

Appearance[]
Tory is wearing the prison outfit that everyone else in the prison on the island is wearing: a blue shirt with brown pants. Like some other characters, he has a stubble on his face as well as a scar on his left cheek. He has long mustard-colored hair on his head. His right eye is closed shut.
Personality[]
Tory is violent and aggressive. Obesus has a mean streak and should be kept away from other prisoners for their own protection.
Storyline[]
Role on Escape from Pelican Rock Island[]
Tory is seen lifting weights under the basketball hoop when the player goes outside for recreation. The player tries to talk with Tory and get to know him, but he responds with growling at the player, making them think that they should probably just leave him alone. As that happened, one of the officers of the prison tells everyone to fall in line so that the warden can speak to them. Tory, along with everyone else, falls in line as the warden walks towards them. As the warden speaks, he notices that they have a new guest and tells everyone to move out of the way so that he can go speak to them. Once they go through their little argument, the warden turns back to everyone else in the line. As he talks about how they think that there's still hope behind the walls of the prison, the warden brings up the Booted Bandit, and Tory gets all angry with the player, saying that the player set him up. Everyone else gets scared of Tory and runs over to the player. Tory charges at you, but gets stopped and dragged away by an officer of the prison. He tells the player to watch their back, and then isn't seen for a very long time. The warden then tells everyone that that's what happens when you misbehave, and then tells them to carry on. When the player goes to work, Tory isn't seen there, but he is mentioned when Marion tells the player that they must've done something really bad to make Tory so angry with them. The player says that they didn't do anything to him and just simply wanted to meet him. The player's last day at the prison starts, and while they're outside talking with Patches, Tory and Florian Fosbury show up at the door. Tory says that there's no escaping what he'll do to them, and the player runs behind Patches and asks him if he's got a hand full of birdseed on him. Patches happily throws a few handfuls of birdseed on Tory and Florian, and although it doesn't stop them at first, a seagull and Patches' bird flies down and starts pecking at them, causing them to run away. And while the player and a few of the player's friends got out, Tory remains in the prison.
Trivia[]
- Their charges include breaking and entering, assault and battery, and fishing without a license.
