He says "Remember, with great power comes great responsibility," which is a line from Spider-Man.
He has white hair along with pale skin and bags underneath his eyes. His uniform is red along with a matching yellow star and belt.
Storyline[]
Role on Super Power Island[]
He stands on at top of the Daily Paper tower and indirectly gives you the ability to fly through a telephone booth, but only after you defeat five villains (namely Copy Cat, Speeding Spike, Sir Rebral, Ratman and Crusher). After your quest, if you click on him he will say "Well done, kid. Not bad at all."
