When going up the Hill to prove your innocence, you end up climbing the pictured tower. You comment that it looks different, before comparing it to Van Nostrand's painting. The difference is that the middle window has been covered up, and you use the Sharpened Spoon to chisel it away. This reveals Florian Fosbury's safe.
