The Metal Cup is an item that is obtained on Escape from Pelican Rock Island. It is found in your cell, and can be obtained as soon as you get sent to jail.

The cup can be filled with water from the sink or a leaky pipe on the wall to get the Cup of Water, or filled with plaster from behind your cell to get the Cup of Plaster. When either the water or the plaster is used, the cup will revert to its empty state and can be filled up again.
