Mayor McTeague is the mayor of 24 Carrot Island, who sends the player on a quest to figure out what has happened to all of the carrots.

He wears a black top hat with a red strap around it. Like some other characters, he has a stubble on his face and wears a black collared shirt with a blue bowtie. The shirt he wears has a red ribbon on it, and he also wears black pants.
Storyline[]
Mayor McTeague is the mayor of 24 Carrot Island, who one day found out that all of the town's carrots were strangely disappearing. Because of this, the town went into ruins, and McTeague started to freak out. Then one day, the player came across the town and decided to help out.
Role on 24 Carrot Island[]
McTeague was panicking when the island started falling apart, until the player came across him and asked him what was wrong. McTeague explained to the player that the town was in ruins because of the fact that all of the carrots were disappearing, causing the economy to fall apart. He then sent the player on a quest to figure out what has happened to all of their carrots. After the player went to the factory, found out the mystery of the vanishing carrots, rescued the kidnapped townspeople, and sent Dr. Hare flying into space, McTeague greeted them with a big grin on his face. He explained to them that they saved their town and that they can begin to rebuild, and presents them with the Island Medallion.

- He bears a slight resemblance to the Race Officiate from Monkey Wrench Island.
