Mark Hertz, aka Colonel Hertz, is a minor villain that can be found in Mocktropica Island.
Characteristics[]
Appearance[]
He has brown wavy hair, yellow skin, blue glasses, and a cocky smile. He wears a MegaFightingBots armor.
Personality[]
Mark was at first greedy and power-hungry, which caused him to leave Poptropica for MegaFightingBots. He spoke in an over-dramatic and self-entitled way. After coming back to Poptropica, he spoke in a depressed way and did not really seem happy to be back. He doesn't like the idea of Poptropica membership, or not allowing children to free-chat in games (even if they might type something obscene).

We train our players to smash robots into pieces, but we don't allow them to free-chat because they might type something "obscene!"
You have no right to judge me. It's impossible for words to describe what is necessary for those who do not know what monetization means. Monetization has a face... and you must make a friend of monetization.
