The Lair of Thieves Island Medallion is an item that can be obtained in episode 2 of Arabian Nights Island, Lair of Thieves. It is awarded to the player after they place the correct lamp on the altar. The medallion can be worn around the player's neck. It serves no purpose, and is purely cosmetic.
