The Counterfeit Island Medallion is an item that can be obtained in Counterfeit Island. It is awarded to you by the curator after defeating Black Widow and going back to the museum to see the secret paintings. The medallion can be worn around your neck. It serves no purpose, and is purely cosmetic.
