The Careful What You Wish For Island Medallion is an item that can be obtained in episode 3 of Arabian Nights Island, Careful What You Wish For. It is awarded to the player after the Sultan goes back to being a trader and stops his greediness. The medallion can be worn around the player's neck. It serves no purpose, and is purely cosmetic.
