The 24 Carrot Island Medallion is the medallion the player gets from 24 Carrot Island after completing the quest in that island. It is awarded by Mayor McTeague. The medallion can be worn around the player's neck. It serves no purpose, and is purely cosmetic. It's also shown on Friends in the Island Medallions collection.
