Declaration of Independence

The Declaration of Independence is obtained by assembling a jigsaw puzzle for a man in the Timbuktu inn in the Mali Empire, 1387 AD on Time Tangled Island. When you return it to Thomas Jefferson in the Graff House (1776 AD), that time period will be restored.
