Da Vinci's Workshop is found on Time Tangled Island. It is set in the time period of Leonardo da Vinci.

The peace medal on the pulleys
Outside the workshop, there is a pulley system, which you must use to get the Peace Medal. You also need to return Da Vinci's Notebook which is found on a ledge in Bartholdi's time period. In return, he will give you the Glider as a gift.
