The bolt cutters are used to detach the lock from a dumpster in New Jersey. Inside of the dumpster is the Bathroom Stall Door, which has a message that hints at the location of the Jersey Devil.
Role on Zomberry Island[]
The bolt cutters are found in Joe Puddy's apartment. They are used to open a crate at the Wharf.
