Short brown hair, pale-ish skin, crooked glasses, uneven gray mustache, tired eyes with bags under them, a frown. A short gray-blue jacket, with black pants. A black shirt with a large white skull on it.
Personality[]
Bert Shell is a conspiracy theorist, who spends his time on the roof of a building. He has his own pirate radio show, and is suspicious of the government and what they might be hiding. He knows how to get information and important items.
Storyline[]
Role on Virus Hunter Island[]
Bert Shell set up his radio station on the roof of Globechem, just above Main Street, so that everyone could hear his broadcasts. Bert used his station to convince people of "Government invaders." After you piece together the bag of shredded documents, he gives you a badge to access PDC HQ.
Trivia[]
- He is afraid of a reptilian invasion, and a new world order. This is a reference to popular conspiracy theories.
