Balloon Kid[1] is a student at PS 101 who creates a booth for the science fair on Shrink Ray Island, demonstrating how you can stick balloons to your hair making enough friction to generate static electricity.

Appearance
While her booth idea is a very simple concept, you can tell that she put a lot of work into it, as she seems to have drawn the demonstration. Balloon Kid has blonde hair with a purple hair band. She has two balloons stuck to her hair. From mouth and down, she is smiling, has a purple jacket with blue undershirt, a purple belt, and blue skirt.
Storyline
Balloon Kid appears at the science fair for PS 101 on Shrink Ray Island. She created a booth demonstrating static electricity using balloons. She has a few balloons stuck to her hair. If you click the blue balloon that is tied to her booth, you can attach it to your hair. Her organs are later stuffed inside a teddy bear.
